Shipping policy

Free Delivery - We offer free standard delivery to Mainland UK across everything on our site, which normally takes up to 5 working days.

We also offer a premium delivery option which costs £7.50, normally orders will be delivered the next working day with this option but could take up to 3.

Cut Off Times - If you order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, we will aim to dispatch your order the same day.

Non Mainland UK - Additional delivery charges may apply, particularly to the Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland. We will be in contact if this is the case.

Failed Deliveries - If our couriers cannot deliver the item because there is nobody present at the address, they will generally leave a card. If delivery cannot be made after repeated attempts, the courier will return the package to us. Re-delivery may result in extra shipping costs being charged to you.

Working Day - A working day includes Monday through to Friday but excludes Bank Holidays.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation for deliveries that do not arrive on time.

Europe & ROW - If you are based in Europe or another country, feel free to email customerservices@loopsdirect.com for a price for delivery if our website cannot calculate one for you.
